Business process automation, integrations & app modernization
I build the tools that replace paper books, Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups — ledgers, quotations, school platforms, lab systems, and content pipelines. One engineer, end to end.

Four delivery areas, one accountable owner — from first sketch to production support.
These aren't “IT issues” — they're unlocked hours, margin and accuracy. Each one is an engineering problem in disguise, and each one has a documented fix.
The fix is engineering — not another SaaS subscription.
Start with your problemSystems designed, built and shipped end-to-end — each one removed real operational cost.
Medical students waste hours hunting for previous-year papers scattered across forums, PDF drives and WhatsApp groups. There is no single, searchable, reliable source — and maintaining one manually is an unpaid full-time job.
We built an automated pipeline that discovers papers from public sources, validates them through 15 quality gates (OCR accuracy, question detection, metadata completeness, duplicate detection), and publishes high-confidence papers automatically. A content studio generates educational video content from the papers using local AI inference. The whole platform runs on a single VPS with PostgreSQL, Redis workers, MinIO storage and Caddy TLS.

A single accountable path — the person who scopes it is the person who builds it.
We start with what's actually broken — the manual work, the cost, the risk. No code until we agree on the problem.
Not an agency, not a body shop — one engineer accountable for the outcome.
Discovery, build, deploy and support — one person owns the full arc.
01
No sales team, no account manager. You talk to the person who writes the code.
02
We solve the real operational problem, not the prettiest architecture diagram.

PyQHub serves 500+ papers live. SpareDesk runs on a real phone. The work is deployed.
04
Most projects run on a single VPS, kept lean by design. No enterprise cloud bills.
05
If it's too big, we'll say so. If it's not worth building, we'll say that too.
06
At every stage you know what's happening, what's next and what you'll receive.
One conversation to understand what's broken, what it costs, and what 'done' looks like.

SYNIX is a one-person software studio. There's no sales team, no account manager, no hand-off between departments. You talk to the person who builds it — from the first conversation to production deployment and beyond.
The work is practical: ledgers, quotations, school platforms, lab systems, question paper pipelines. Real software for real operations, built to be maintained instead of patched.
Tell me what's slow, brittle or manual in your operation. You'll get a straight, no-pressure answer — usually within a day.
No sales team · no agency overhead · just an engineer reading your problem
